Ukrainian lawyers often use the services of detectives

Ukrainian lawyers often use the services of detectivesProfession of private detective in Ukraine is quite exotic. Yuri, if you can judge by their professional experience, as developed today, the market data services in the Ukraine?

- I can not say that this market is particularly well developed in Ukraine, because the occupation is still a kind of gimmick. People accustomed to the fact that in most cases of emergency they need to contact the police. But the problem is that the police did not consider many important things that citizens face. Most people, watching movies and documentaries, begin to seek help from the so-called detectives. And in Ukraine they are not so much. Although lately the market started to replenish these services due to the fact that many law enforcement officers go to work for "free bread".

People who are confident on their feet in modern times, earn good money, start to slowly turn to us for help. They are starting to see the effectiveness of this type of professional services.

Do you think there should be a detective to work experience in law enforcement?

- I believe that everyone should mind his own business. In any agency, as we employ people who are engaged in operational activities as well as other things: psychologists, criminologists, etc. That is, each of them must have a certain experience and knowledge base behind him. In any case, you need at least a little bit to work with this system, have some respect, to have operational proficiency to at least know where to start and where to find the necessary information. What you read in books and detective novels, you will never believe me.

"Once a client has asked to gather information on the name of a specific person, which eventually turned out to be himself. It turned out that he was just curious - how much information you can "dig" at him from various sources "

How can / hinders the legislative framework of relevant experts in the Ukraine? Do they expect the adoption of a professional law or vice versa - are afraid that such a law would limit their activities?

- To be honest, I doubt that our professional law will in the near future. First, there is huge money. Second, no one will just dig in their underwear on legal grounds. So for now we all work within the "all that is not forbidden - it is permitted." There are investigative journalism, there is legal advice, advocacy. Therefore, the client can conclude some kind of agreement, to issue a power of attorney and legal work to his advantage.

Is it possible today, private detective to work within the law, or to collect the necessary data is forced to resort to illegal or corrupt practices of collecting information?

- Collecting information - it is rather a relative concept. Therefore, there are many legitimate ways to get information. In addition, some customers do not care which way this or that information will be obtained. In any case, we always try to protect themselves and the customer that it was within the legal field. Yes, in some cases according to law to transfer personal data to third parties is prohibited. But in fact, it is the specifics of our work. All the more so today, thanks to social networks, any such information is freely available. You know it. So where and how she was taken or other information - this is a different story. Of course no ties and no acquaintances in certain structures to work in our case almost impossible.

As a specialist, recommend you to register with the social networks? How can you protect yourself from the spread of personal information online?

- Honestly, as an expert is never recommended and not recommended to register with the social networks. You can only register under an assumed name under which the friends you know. The fact is that now young people leave the network too much personal information: name, contact phone numbers where parents work and where they rest. As such crumbs can collect a lot of information, especially if the available full name and date of birth. Believe me, these data can be collected at the full picture of any person.

What services to you often turn the citizens? Which of them are the most unusual?

- Most ordered checks on the fidelity of her husband or wife. Naturally, for such orders, no structure, a law firm or the police will not take. Also check book leisure activities for children, with whom they are found and how things are busy. Often it is necessary to check the firm's trustworthiness. Asked to verify the identity when applying for a job. Sometimes people disappear, and their families trust us to find.

The relatively unusual order comes to mind the case where the client asked to gather information on the name of a specific person, which eventually turned out to be himself. It turned out that he was just curious - how much information you can "dig" at him from different sources.

As the international practice in American law firms can sometimes find a private detective who helps in the work of lawyers. How often resort to Ukrainian lawyers at your disposal?

- Naturally, the boys often come to us because we know a little more and know how in this area, but also have the right connections. While some lawyers do in the past worked in law enforcement, so the self can solve these issues. Therefore, turning mostly those who do not have enough experience in the field, which we are engaged directly. Lawyers are usually ordered collection of information about a person, search or inspection of the witness of his testimony, lie-detector test.

Tell us about your collaboration with foreign detective agencies.

- In our environment there is no concept of "competitor", we - colleagues. Of course, other countries have no such opportunities for the collection of information, both in Ukraine. Therefore, with foreign colleagues we are working on mutually beneficial terms. For example, we are giving them specific orders for their country, at the same time they transmit orders to us for assistance in Ukraine. Due to the fact that it is not always possible to go on a mission to a distant country, is much easier to communicate with the local counterparts to resolve the issue quickly and customers.
